





Upon placing your order, a Customer Service Representative will send you an estimate for the order. When you approve your estimate, the order gets handed off to a Designer.
A Designer will work on your order according to your requested specifications. Once they have completed the design, they will send you a proof.
Upon receiving your proof, confirm that it follows your requested specifications. Check for typesetting errors, color discrepancies, etc. If you request additional changes from the designer, they will send you a revised proof. Once you approve your proof, production will begin.
Our production team will now work on your order. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to complete from the date of final proof approval. If you need the order sooner, one of our customer service representatives can assist with placing a Rush on your order.
When your order is complete, your payment information will be processed. Your order will either be ready for pick-up or delivered depending on the order specifications you provided.
